I got thinking today, head's still hurting a little.
But, anybody else noticed how nice and pleasant the forum has been over this past week, well last few days at least.
I've not noticed much, if any falling out, well not seriously anyway.

I have seen many arguments and make ups over the time I have been here

I wouldnt tell you hun cos Im not that much of a spoil sport
Anyway I cant sky+ til Wednesday cos thats when the nice men from the heights team can wander up all my stairs and rearrange my kitchen for me - I wonder what plonker decided to hide all the wires behind the kitchen cupboards under the kickboard??

Right listen up Mr Looney hun I will tell you how I get people to listen to me:
I speak slowly and clearly - doesnt always work
I speak loudly - sometimes works
I shout (a lot) that works
I stamp my little foot and with hold things - please note this works best with young kids when threatening to take away nintendo ds or dvd player
With holding sex however does not get house rearranged faster plus I get cranky and give in

PZ its not just one man its a team of them just cos I live in a top floor flat now what can I do with a team of men and hubby out of the house???
Mind you it could be the same lot that turned up last time - took then half an hour to work out they had to walk round the building to get in it ohh and they werent nice men they was narky and huffy so I didnt offer them a cuppa

Debs if I was holding anything fragile hubby would have the perfect excuse for not moving wardrobes and I really dont want to give him any more reasons for the wardrobes still being in the middle of the oldest kids bedroom

Ohhhh no PZ Im not gonna feel guilty for that at all.
I give exact instructions when I phoned then "they MUST park at the front of the building otherwize they wont be able to get into it, cos the back door is NOT buzzer entry the front is. Once in the building I can unlock the back door but cannot leave it unlocked cos the neighbours will just keep locking it" they were the ones who parked round the back and almost broke the door trying to force it open (the neighbours loved that NOT) then waited til 10 minutes before the end time for the job (I was told between 8am and 5pm they called at 4:49pm) and demanded I unlock the door - which I did they then grumped all thru the job about it being a hassle to replace some wiring (that I didnt remove) and leave a normal sky box.
Thats why they didnt get offered a cuppa - now the nice man who finally worked out what was wrong with my boiler he was offered a bacon butty and a cuppa and got a flash of me boobies

Must remember hubby is a delicate thing and not moan about the wardrobe and assorted toolboxes laying all around the house - btw why do men feel the need to fill huge big boxes with crap they never use, have no intention of using but "it might come in handy one day" wtf is that all about??
