I knew I wanted the ginger in there hence putting ginger in at the beginning, but it needed something extra which is why I put the spices in |

Im not keen on fruit mixed with other stuff.
Like putting prunes etc into a tagine....or gammon and pineapple ....though i did once have a cheese sarnie with a coleslaw and thought ...mmmm this is nice...
It had grated apple in the coleslaw. tasty |
