Not been through it but stay calm. You are doing the right thing by going to the docs as soon as you found it.
Chances are high that it's nothing to worry about but maybe write down any questions you have so you don't forget them when you are in the Dr's.
Hope it goes ok x |

Over the years I've found four or five lumps like this. It started after my little brother had testicular cancer about 15 years ago (he's ok now ) and after that I was off down the docs like a scalded cat at any sign of a lump but the thing to remember is that Doctors don't mind. I was talking to my Doctor (in the pub) about my brother, soon after his operation, and what he basically said was that it had done every male in our family a favour as we would all check carefully from then on. He was right.
MOST OF THESE LUMPS ARE BENIGN.
Sorry for shouting but that is very important to remember.
Get down the Docs and relax |

Good luck, I hope it is nothing untoward.
I had this happen to me back in 1999 but I left it 3 month before going to the Dr's, it was found to be cancer, but it is the best type of cancer to get according to the doctors as there is a 95% success rate. I was told I was clear back in 2004.
If you need to ask any questions please just ask. |

Up on them there hills |
I turned into a pawnbroker and then into a double pawn broker within a short period of time - doctor picked up straight away there wasn't a problem because the lumps were not attached - I had a Ultrasound as a back up and there was no problem.
I was advised it was a by-product of my vasectomy and still have a couple (of lumps as well).
The worrying isn't worth it - you're doing the right thing - either way, the earlier it's dealt with the easier it is to sort things out. |

Thanks for all your kind words.
Luv ya xxx"
