What I'd expected.... Cramping followed by sweet release! Not likely to be inserting anything up there again though. Ouch today! Was worth a try though-like to try these things! |

I wondered about having one but I heard that if flushes all the "good bacteria" out along with the rubbish. Don't know if it's true. |
