Do any if you support the theory that our sexual behaviour is pre programmed from the dawn of time?
The theory states that men try to spread their seed as far and wide as possible, but women reserve their eggs for the biggest, fastest, most successful males in order to maintain genetic supremacy.
In modern terms when people are viewing sex as a recreational activity, are men pre programmed to fuck anything that moves, and are women more naturally reserved when it comes to quantity and quality of men they sleep with?
Can this pre programming be over ridden? Should it be over ridden? Or am I just totaly getting the wrong end of the stick?

there are people who are celibate, or wish to have no children...
being a conscious being is what separates primal urges from knowing our action have consequences
and if its all about genes, doesnt that mean we cannot hold anyone to blame when they commit horrific acts?..I dont think so
its mostly a good reason why many people dont shag their family members also |

Firstly we are animals, animals only have 4 needs,
Food
Water
Shelter
Reproduction
All animals are programmed to survive and reproduce.
From puberty, we are expected to find a mate, marry and breed, provide a shelter, food and water for our offspring,
most do this, then realise they have made a mistake,
most marriages last for 2.5 years, but couples stay together for varying lengths of time, 7 years is about maximum. However some can last a lifetime.
The reason people stay together after 2 years is need, also women tend to be stubborn and make marriages last longer, because they don't want to admit, they selected the wrong mate. |
