Signed up to this Insanity workout and today is the first day i'm going. I don't know what to expect - i'm dreading it. But, it's time i sorted myself out.

...anyone else done this workout? No one that i know has.

I have it, but I haven't tried it - it works, I've seen the results but it wont be painless. That's why I'm sitting on it for a little longer. Good luck you you man

It is fucking brutal if you do it properly but gets good results.

No pain, no gain... good luck

It is brilliant for getting you fit and works your entire body but it gets brutal as you get further in to it. Best exercise DVD I have used....got rid of the body fat that I could never get rid of when I was just exercising normally.

You will sweat your balls off

Are you just looking for more excuses to go to the doctors?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I'm not fit enough to do that one. I'll stick with my Shred DVD.

I don't see the point in all these fancy new workout ideas - press your bodyweight overhead if you want to be strong, take up jogging if you want to be fit.

Where has this craze come from? Not heard of it and today this the 4th mention!

Fit for what exactly? Doubt it will help my competitive sporting choice, training at that sport will.

It's been around ages. The guy who does it has a few different DVDs out. It's pretty hardcore.

It is absolutely brutal. The fit test on day 1 is hard but nothing compared to the actual workouts. I have never sweat so much in my life

Not done it but would be interested to know what you think of it. I am not motivated enough to do home workouts. I need a gym

That's the best thing for specific goals, but for getting rid of love handles, or for people who don't want the general public seeing their wobbly bits, a home workout is great.

Holy shit. Just did the fitness tests today...and that in itself is making me cry lol.

..but, i loved it.

Sometimes if you want change, you have to do something a bit radical. And this is it for me.

Like everything else you start. .start with baby steps, but keep on at it.

If you have this program then why not give it a try. Do your best each time but stick at it.

I did it a couple of years ago and it transformed my rugby and martial arts ability.

I've recovered from a back injury and its now a basis for getting my fitness and strength back. Been at it for two weeks so far. Watch this space lol

Don't have the dvd but now even my classes have been cancelled due to low numbers of people attending.

..however, have started running like a mad man. Let's see if that works.

im waiting to get the dvds back of V's lad so i can start it again in the new year.

im gonna have to ease myself into it though as in the summer, i went at it full on, did the introduction thing, fitness test where you count how many things you can do in the allotted time, and i couldnt walk for 3 days afterwards lol

It's great if you want to shift weight and tone up over a short period of time.

If you can commit and stick to it of course.

I don't know anyone daft enough to waste their money on something you can do for free.

Been trying to eat proper. Although, i'm currently having this protein shake that has a lot calories in. So, i think i'm aiming towards a brick wall.

Archie! You heard of the Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass? my wee tip would be swap it for optimal nutrition gold standard whey .why pay for all the other stuff that in mass when really its pure protein that builds..i think the powders via are stacked with stuff is a waste of cash
