What lyrics did you first sing wrong when you heard a song?

I used to sing "Under My Umbrella" as "Under your arms forever!"

Bastille - Pompeii

The line is 'How am I gonna be an optimist about this'

Can't help singing 'how am I gonna be an octopus about this!'

Macy Gray's I Try

Though I try to hide it, it's clear

My world crumbles when you are not here

Always 'I wear goggles when you are not here'

Southwick

"I can fly higher Anna Neagle"...from Wind Beneath My Wings.

It was on purpose though.

"Macy Gray's I Try

Though I try to hide it, it's clear

My world crumbles when you are not here

Always 'I wear goggles when you are not here'"

I used to hear 'I blow bubbles when you are not here'.

Adele - Chasing Pavements. Always thought it was, "Should I just keep chasing cavemen."

Kind of makes sense in its own way. Possibly.

My little brother as a kid used to sing "On the streets of Bombay" to U2's "Where The Streets Have No Name". 20 years later you can still catch him out when he's pissed and it comes on the stereo.
