I've been watching 999 What's Your Emergency tonight, its about the elderly this week and how the ambulance service care for them; and my goodness they are amazing. I have had a little weep watching how wonderful they are with the elderly who are ill, especially an elderly gentleman who's wife had passed away.
Its got me thinking about my grandparents and how independent they are. The youngest grandparent is my maternal grandma at 80 and the eldest is my maternal grandfather at 88 and I sincerely hope that when their time comes they have the care that these wonderful people are giving them.
Thank you to all the medical professionals who are on here for looking after the sick, infirm and those who need your time, expertise and attention.
