I love eggs, in no particular order:
Fried, sunny side up, must be runny yoke for dunking
Scrambled, with cream, runny, and eat with smoked salmon
Scrambled, plain and cooked on very high heat until just set
Scrambled, with cooked fresh tomato, added sugar (cook the tomatoes first before adding the egg mixture)
I could go on! |

We have one particular brand we've found that is in a league of it's own. They're called Burford Browns Free Range, from Cornwall, and the yolk is a deep orange colour and the taste is just amazing. No other brand comes close to them.
Snotty if boiled, runny if fried/poached. |

I cant remember the name of some eggs i got a while back - all my guests were veggie so wanted free range happy hens.
Well out of 8 eggs - ALL 8 eggs had double yolks. Dark yummy snotty yolks that were really tasty.
And tops to me - i didnt break a single yolk - and out of 8 thats great |
