Well there's no hotel room, but other than that, pretty much yes.

The Autumn internationals always rake it in and need the money to pay the regions. It is very expensive I agree

Rugby league world cup already under way and in my view far more important and better spectacle but appreciate others prefer union even though delusional

"If there's no price attached why is the offer for women ?"

Because I wanted female company for the day!

For those mentioning the price, they vary. For the Twickenham game on Saturday I think the cheapest was £40 and the dearest £90. Wales games are a bit cheaper (and it is far cheaper to eat and drink in Cardiff too)

Well,

Twickenham is THE Great Hallowed Ground, hard to find the atmosphere at a Sports Event.... but that is mainly because it is Rugby!!!

Have a good time!!

I prefer League unless Wales are playing.

My least fav team in the world is Eng Rugby, I was brought up in Berkshire and had all the 'rah rah' rammed down my throat, John Inverdale and Jeremy Gussett get on my tits.

I think the vast majority of North Wales prefer Union, sorry to seem like a prick.

I am really

If you was referring to me I meant I prefer Wales playing union. We not so good at league and got mauled by Italy. Mind you they did beet England who have a decent league team.

He's another that I find level headed same with Gareth Chilcott.

Ahh ok. From what I gather a lot of people were dissapointed with the atmosphere at the CC Stadium Sunday for the Derby.

Mind you, they were the ones who travelled from Swansea. Everyone else said it was amazing.

Twickenham is a great atmosphere ( not just in the ground either), although the Millenium is also fantastic. I might even give you that Kingsholm is pretty good too (although its inhabitants leave a lot to be desired

I think I have only ever been to one game, it was Bath v Northampton 10 years or so ago.

I was gobsmacked, I was a neutral, stood on the terraces having a beer, with opposistion fans stood all around me, totally intergrated.

Now before anyone starts bashing football and its 'fans', I see as much trouble in Cardiff on a Saturday night after rugby as when we were hosting FA games while Wembley was being built.

I watch rugby and football, and have seen trouble at both, although at Rugby it tends to be two pissed up blokes getting carried away and others around soon put a stop to it.

I actually think the segregation in football doesn't help. It causes a them and us situation, and some blokes get very 'brave' when they are in a mob of their own.

Both in Cardiff.

I'm afraid your right.

That said it was a while ago and not one arrest was made last Sunday.

Its an amazing city with so much to offer but that side of things has often made the headlines instead. (in the past)

would be a great location for the OP though as from what I gather Twickers location isnt great?

Twickenham is okay, train station near the ground and pubs too, but the Millenium has everything within yards- I love it there.
