Is it just me or does it appear a lot of people lose their manners on sites like this. Some of the messages I get I think if you walked up to someone in a bar and asked that you'd get a slap but on here its fine

Choose to talk to the decent ones, and ignore the rest. My experience is that even if you introduce yourself nicely to a lady, in most cases you get ignored anyway, so I can see why some guys just resort to 'to the point' messages. Thats not an excuse for them doing that, but i can see why it comes down to that unfortunately.
I'm even now getting to the point of 'if it happens it happens, and if it doesn't then thats life' but will be leaving the site before resorting to the 'fancy a fuck' messages.

As most know I 1st joined this site as a couple so no full well what you mean. Its 1 of the main reason I very rarely msg any 1 in the 1st instance.
