I feel I'm not having enough fun sometimes but I know it's because I'm not able to put enough effort in to finding it. |

I spent the entirety of my late teens early 20s in a relationship and will admit to feeling a tad on the shelf when it comes to finding others now.
Just a chance to re evaluate myself in a positive way! |

Google a good Spanish chickpea recipe and you may be pleasantly suprised at how good chickpeas are.... There is a metaphor in that statement...

Having observed many people on this site I have come to believe...when this place becomes someone's primary source of social interaction and entertainment, it also becomes their shelf. |

I'm on the shelf but it doesn't bother me as long as every now n again someone comes along takes me off n gives me a dusting down
I'm usually to be found somewhere at the back of the shelf behind the tinned sprouts and the chilli custard  |

For all of you that think you are on the shelf, I say it's up to you to climb down and get out and mingle. Have you thought of doing something about it, evening classes, maybe volunteering. There is a load of things that can be done to bring new friends into your life.
And cheeky is a great girl, rather tall but a friendly funny and witty girl all the same.  |

I would love to do an evening class as want to teach IT for beginners but it's £6,000 and I don't have that kind of money nor could I borrow it

I so want to give you a hug . We have talked and you seem a really warm and genuine person , and from the pictures you have shared , you are very very pretty . Be confident , get yourself out there and fill your life with activities where you meet people . I do think this isn't the site to find " the one" however "
Lol I am not looking for the one on here and in fairness when I've finished a 50 odd hour working week doing anything during the week kills me...I do have a great social life when money allows me...however thanks for the lovely comments |

my older sister was a feminist when she was in her twenties had a boyfriend, nothing much to look at but he was very generous, she dumped him probably thinking she would find someone better, then met someone else then dumped him.
now she is in her sixties lives alone and says she wish she would of stayed with her first boyfriend because he was nice. |
