Great arent they!!!
Just trying to set stuff up online, yeah, ok when it doesnt display
"this page is being updated, please call 0845 blah blah blah."
then when you call they put you thru and automated system for an hour - then keep you on hold, then have to pass you thru to the right department.
FFS.
Gets me right wound up!!
Have spent the last 2 hrs trying to sort the shit out - usually get fed up and cant be bothered - then they threaten you, lol |

Once you get them set up on line they should be a lot easier to sort out, well mine are. |
