sounds like my dog, he wakes me usually 5 or 6 times through the night to go for a pee, id get a dog flap but he's that big i may as well take the door off for the robbers  |

But no i dont as you know i work funny shifts and can cope most days off about 4 hours but on my days off i sleep about 7 |

I sadly do need a decent amount of sleep these days as I am unwell. But I find it hard to sleep at night and recently got into a bad cycle of being awake till 4am, getting up at 6 then going back to bed til 12pm after the school run. So I had to stop myself from napping in an attempt to sleep better at night.
If I don't get enough rest, like having a very late might out then up early in the morning I feel quite ill for days after and it seems to cause the pain related to my un wellness to flair up too.

I like to sleep. If I woke after a 10 year coma I do believe I wouldn't go kill the bad guys who put me there and murdered my family (a la Steven Segal), but I'd probably mumble "Can I have another half hour please" |
