Happy Birthday to the wonderful Bitch Librarian, the woman who makes the best vodka jellies, has listened to me in times of upset (oh and giggles too) and someone who I've grown very fond of in the 8 (nearly 9) months that I've known her.

It's a three layer chocolate cake filled with cherries and cream and covered in chocolate mousse. It's about ten inches across and a foot tall and very yummy. |
