Things like 16:8, 5:2 etc.

Anyone tried them? Any good results?

I have friends who swear by 5:2. But like any diet its only any good alongst exercise

In the past I've tried fasting one day a week and I have to admit for me it was beneficial in that I felt better for it ......

My dads wife on the 5:2...

Lost almost 2 stone now...

Common sense is required but sadly most dont have that

I hardly ate from 7pm Fri to 8am Sunday, lost 2lbs this week despite a naughty doughnut and micro pizza yesterday at the yard.

So might try fasting one day a week.
