I wouldn't mind if they sold horse as a stand alone product to be fair. It's meat like anything else at the end of the day and if they are open about it people can make the choiceto eat it or not . |

The majority of good food manufacturers undertake regular 'species' analysis of meat used in their products. The supermarkets are also doing this. This is highly unlikely to reoccur BUT consumers want their prepared meals at low cost, this makes supermarkets pressurise their manufacturers who then put pressure on their suppliers.
In short if you want cheap prepared meals be prepared for crap going into that meal. |
