If it helps, please try and remember that their anger comes from their personal frustration in their life and not from you.
Potentially the feelings could transfer to you, but if you remember you are a human being, and that this incident is a drop in the ocean, you'll be able to forget and move on

Chances are they are shouting at the job not you probably not personal even though it feels like it at times, I get called all sorts as an international jewel thief goes with the job lol |

In your line of work you're, unfortunately, bound to meet some real arseholes.
Do you not have the option of having them removed from the building? Nobody should have to tolerate abuse at work and your management should ensure you are protected against it.

Hugs, if your simply doing your job then chances are the person is shouting because they aren't getting what they want or they think they should get. Sod them!! Sucks to be them!!! |
