Michael Foot inherited Nye Bevans constituancy, He being the founder of the NHS. Although Michael Foot wasn't the orator that Nye Bevan was, he was a good man nevertheless.

Yeah, his suits weren't as sharp as Tony Blair's and he wasn't as slick on TV. But just look where sharp suited slickness as got us!!!

I'd vote for Michael Foot anytime! RIP

A great man has left this world, a good journalist, a pacifist and lifelong CND member, one of the greatest orators of his generation (on a par with Churchill) and a true socialist.
