what's on the menu this evening....Id like a hot tattooed hunk of a man served on a platter.....however beans on toast will have to do....

There is a pub in the city centre, where you go down a big alleyway, down some stairs and the pub is basically underground. They do a good meal.

Its full of restaurants! Go on Tripadvisor - the new Asian restaurant is #1 on there at the mo.

I'm having steak and eggs. Back on my low carb diet.

Were having home made tomato, pepper onion and garlic soup. I've made about six big portions.

It's crazy because six portions of this kind of soup in a supermarket would be around £7 to buy.

I just bought vine tomatoes, etc and cooked them off, put them in the blender and done... Cost £2 and without tonnes of salt too.

Oh, need to get bread/crackers/something else to go with it.

That's not crazy, that's home cooking. People often say it's cheaper to buy stuff ready made but it often isn't when you consider the amount you get when it's home made.
