Addiction means that it affects your day to day life. You have a compulsion, habit, dependency.
I haven't met many swingers that fall into that category for sex.
I have met some that fall into that category for attention and/or for the pursuit.

I echo this and also would like to add that an addiction controls (all)other parts of your life to a degree and in a negative way and yet you cannot stop the addiction.  |
