Lets lighten up a bit, Bring back hanging, it brings people together and is a reason to meet and celebrate,
It would be fun in the town square, hissing and booing,
People loved a good hanging, just as they loved the roman games, lets stop being PC and get back to the good old days.
Even adverts on telly are featuring executions now, let the kids see real life murder, rather than letting them see it on their ipads and x boxes,
To all the parents out there in fab land, you don't mind your kids playing violent games , let them live in real time and bring hanging back.

With DNA in the question you would think yes... no mistakes could be made....
....then consider the reality of the "slight" chance of Police corruption, allowing DNA evidence to be tampered with. If senior officers can lie about an MP......what chance have "we" got?? |

My thoughts on those that deserve a death sentence is...
Put them in a medically induced coma, that way only very few nurses are needed to look after them.
Then consider the innocent people that are in need of a "life" saving organ, such as a heart, lungs eyes etc... There would be a ready stock of parts, readily available!!
It might allow prisoners to really repent their crimes.... and act as a deterrent and save lives!! |

How about programming criminals to give pleasure, maybe you could inplant a device to turn them into horses, and rent them out by the hour, maybe on the beach, would be cheaper than real horse riding, and having a strong guy between your thighs for a quick trot, oops im getting hard already !  |

Why not save labour and just freeze them, just have a butcher/doctor to remove parts as needed... |

My Grandad was a chef in Broadmoor, many moons ago, I have pictures of the inmates babysitting for my mother, when I was about 2 yrs old, apparently, some of the nicest people you could wish to meet, although they had done horrible things.
I have worked in a high security unit, just outside Liverpool, and again, some really creative, genuine, honest people were inmates for causing such pain and destruction to others.
That's why I laugh when people say, I am looking for an honest, genuine person for sex!.
Just because someone is honest and genuine, doesn't make them nice or safe! |

I was watching a programme earlier: snapped, women who kill. A woman was convicted of poisoning her husband with arsenic for the insurance money. Rigor mortis had hardly set in before she'd claimed the insurance money and had a boob job.
The lab tests confirmed his tissues were riddled with arsenic and because she wasn't likeable sentenced to life imprisonment. She denied it, her family bankrupt themselves trying for a retrial.
Well they won the retrial and retested the SAME tissues the police used. Not one speck of arsenic was found: the police lab had contaminated the samples.
If she'd been executed: oops sorry, our bad wouldn't bring her back! |

that's the main reason i can't agree with it
people say things like there will always be mistakes and if it means getting 100 real criminals its worth it, but if that 1 in a 100 fuck up was their child would they feel the same? |

Anyone can have their say. I like to read what everyone has to say. I never said i own the thread u just did but I started this thread and u can always start your own if ur not happy with this one.

Alan John Giles, the 56 year-old from Oldbury West Midlands, escaped from HMP Hewell, in Redditch and still missing on Monday.
Is serving two life sentences for the murder and kidnap of 16-year-old Quinton student Kevin Ricketts in 1995.
Let's pray they catch him before another innocent child gets murdered.
