Well I've chosen 3 miles.
Have just registered to do this in March. I decided I needed a goal to keep me motivated in my running!!
I intend to run the 3 miles which fir this fattie is going to be a great achievement |

You need to try the run out doors ideally on grass as running on a treadmill is good practice on horrible dark wet days but you will need to find your own pace xxx once you found it you be ok - good luck xx |

"Are you following a set program
The likes of couch to 5k are good to get you started x"
Yeah although the programme I followed only got you to run for 30 mins. Am going to incorporate some speed sessions into my running now to make sure I hit 5k. |

Did my second parkrun today and for the first ttime I didn't have any music or put my runkeeper on so I didn't know what time I was doing etc. I did walk a few times. Mud is so much harder to run in!!! But I wasn't last this week! |

Nice one! I used to run in competition all over the UK, these days my running and cycling is for enjoyment and yes I suppose to keep kinda fit too.
There's some woods on the doorstep here so run in there a few time a week....better than roads. |

"This is coming round soooo quick "
I know!! Don't think I'll be near 30 mins as hoped but I'm doing it.
Probably shouldn't have bailed on the gym tonight but it's safer for all really given the mood I've been in all day |

"I needed motivation to keep with the gym and weight loss, so I'm doing a 10k in May and a half marathon in October.
Good luck with your run. Xx"
I'm considering entering a 10k patterning the year to give me a new target.
The crazy people that I have made friends week at parkrun keep talking about a mud runner in October!!! |
