What topics do you avoid or your better half says you are not allowed to discuss at dinner parties/nights out. Mine are politics,welfare state and immigration....

Depends on my guests!

For example, my parents came for Sunday lunch and we discussed family matters, work and the weather

My friends came over for a take away and Monday night and the conversation turned to favourite sexual position, the pleasure v pain debate and fisting
