So itook the plunge today and decided to see if MS had finally listened to the consumer for once !!
Have to say Win 8.1 is pretty cool !! I love win 7 , but am being swayed now lol ! Best to keep up with the times i guess !
Question is now do i go the whole hog and install it on my PC as well lol ??   |

Well its not officially released till the 28th oct but yes would imagine most new machines will have this
It is much better now though and can be personalised a lot more instead of just the stupid metro interface lol |

It was released on Friday (18th) and have upgraded to it on both Laptop and PC.
Some changes from 8 e.g. the Start button is back but not quite the same as previous Start buttons, you can now boot straight to the desktop and a few other tweaks that was missing from W8 over W7. So far so good for me anyway. |
