Hi everyone.
I have suffered with periods of shallow and disturbed sleep for some time now, and have tried every remedy i can think of, and the only thing that works seems to be when sharing a bed with another (as in falling asleep in the same space). Previous partners have also reported that i occasionally had 'wondering hands' during the night, which ive never been aware of.
so, i was wondering if anyone else has ever had any similar experiences, or any advice?
