Put it this way, dont trust a bloke who NEVER gives you breakfast (of any form!) when he brings you pancakes as a breakfast in bed - they're out of date!!!

A promise means nothing until it is delivered.

Pancakes is my code word for sex. If I'm promised pancakes and it's not delivered then I get a bit cross but I haven't injured anyone yet.
