There's a man with a West country accent on the tv. I didn't realise quite how hot I found the West country accent on a man!
What accent really gets you going?
(PS The Australian one, southern American, Irish and posh totty type ones have the same effect on me!) |

Hey this is interesting cos I had a conversation today with my mum about accents .............. I have a question ... if everyone says the word (pick a word) the same way how do we learn accents and keep them? |

I think accents originated from people coming in from other countries to trade etc and then people from all areas in this country used to travel widely around the country in pursuit of work, so they would take their own accent to different areas and for reasons of communicating these would change along the way........ |
