I like to have a nice evening bath with candles, glass of wine and lots of bubbles or some aromatherapy oils. It's my way of chilling out and distressing. Always a shower in the morning unless I wake up freezing and need thawing out

Depends on time available. Shower daily, bath to relax and for a soak. Always shower afterwards though.
