Just be wary buddy, I was conned out of £200 once from what looked like a legitimate agency 'Joining fee' then never heard anymore. Did eventually find a good agency and happy to say it was a ball.
Most don't advertise sex as it is against the law but you can make personal arrangements between you and the client, in cases like this they would pay up front but most clients aren't looking for sex just the company for a given event/dinner or corporate do.

I disagree guys, if it's a reputable agency then women don't necessarily want sex, it is purely a guy on the arm to make them comfortable for an evening whether over dinner or a social function, there were occasions where I was asked and declined because the woman wasn't my type, too old etc.
