Night owl here at work until 8am ....funny though I still don't get how normal people can't sleep at night ....  ...it's natural and normal sleep pattern ...lol...myself been nearly 5 years on nights only (10pm -8am type shifts ) ...4-5 hours sleep during the day ...
Think yourselves lucky ..lol...then again I choose to work nights ... |

i work days and nights sometimes in the same week, i struggle to sleep at night, find it much easier in the day |

1 day off then a day shift followed by a night shift 12 n half hour shifts as well |
