Bradford

Or should I see a doctor?

My knees start to hurt when I climb stairs, or get up from being crouched down.

The knees take a beating mate, especially once the weather gets cold n damp.

I've been taking fish oils for the past couple of years due to years of heavy impacts and injuries and it really has helped. Also try low impact exercises...

Hmmmmmm .. sounds like sittydowntoomuchyitis.... there's a lot of it about.

Rub cum and castor oil , in a ratio of 1 to 3 into your knees every half hour.....

Although silliness aside, depends if you do sports or kneel a lot. Very gradual wear n tear, from going up the hill. One day you will be over it.

Go up and down the stairs on your arse. Alternatively, don't sit on your arse all day.

all downhill from now on...lol.

I messed mine knees up years ago, always ache in the damp. fish oils, deep heat and regular sex are the best cures.

oh well two out of three for me not too bad i suppose.....LOL

I'm 58 and three quarters. I run upstairs. Stand up or walk all day in work. Used to walk the dog daily.

I also rub cum n castor oil into my knees every half an hour.

It's simply wear and tear, especially if you've led a very active lifestyle. Move to a bungalow be my best tip

When it gets really cold my hip, thigh and knee ache so badly until I adjust to the weather.

Mines from a riding accident though, so god knows what it will be like when I get old x

Glucosamine has mixed reviews, but works for many people with joint stiffness.
