just been reading about women in el salvador going to prison for up to 35 years for miscarrying a pregnancy as abortion is illegal under any circumstances ...seems rather harsh as it does occur to some women sadly ...any thoughts ? |

"miscarry ..the charge brought against them is aggravated murder ...one young girl is serving a 40 year prison term for having a miscarriage "
Bloody hell words fail me if that's allowed to happen in this day and age anywhere in the world. |

We don't know the ins and outs if case. It is known for people to induce miscarriages when don't want the baby, especially in countries where abortion is illegal or frowned upon. Ireland have prosecuted for similar before |

a lot of countries that are very strange to us, only have one word that means miscarraige/abortion. (excuse spelling)
If a woman fails to deliver a healthy baby then apparently she must have somehow killed it.
This is why many women abroad need our help |

thats not the only mad thing, in some countries in Africa the victim has to pay for the food for the perpetrator of a crime against them while they await trial. A women who has been raped paying to feed her rapist, its a very twisted world |
