But my advise.
Only do it if you are sure as once you start anywhere beyond 3-6 months the effects are irreversible.
If you haven't had children and want to do so don't start them until you have frozen your sperm as they will make you sterile.
Once you have got used to them and after about 6 months you'll find you can forget about performing sexual as a male. You'll find all the porn stars and escorts use Viagra to get a hard on as you won't get one naturally very often if at all.
If you are going to start them you must tell your doctor once you have. They will undoubtedly be pissed off but ultimately they can't stop you. You should let them know though so that they can do blood tests to check your liver function etc remains ok.
If your body doesn't like it though you will know. It can lead to a number of medical conditions taking them so you have to be very sure about it.
