Hi guys,

I finally decided to tone up a little bit (about time) and I wondered if anyone could give me some advice not to look ridiculous the first time I'll go to the gym...

(especially as I heard it was full of lovely young ladies )

Get somebody to show you a mild version of the Bear Complex (google it) - it is a complete workout and you can make it has hard as you like.

Take it easy and know your limits before you push them and remember you have as much right to be there as every one else, so don't be intimidated by the muscle boys and above all enjoy it

Good advice thanks (and to all the others too): any best way to tone the abs?

And another thing: does anyon know a good place in Manchester? (could be fun to meet someone from here.... for another type of exercise )
