What do you do if you can't sleep?
I'm wide awake and think tonight is going to be a particularly late night! I'm about to have a hot chocolate (with a tot of malibu in it!) |

I get it in fits and starts. I need to conserve energy at the moment for the weekend. But it doesn't seem like this is going to happen tonight. I'm tempted to run a bath. |

My normal rule would be a solo session. But my abdominal muscles are sore from the injection - and tensing them to complete the session would be far too sore!
