Norwich

Strange, I'm (Steve) on blood thinners and nobody mentioned not shaving. It'd be interesting to see if anyone else had been warned not to.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I was warned when I was on thinners.

Shaving isn't a good idea anyway as it leaves you more susceptible to STIs - you may not be bleeding but you may have abrasion wounds.

I was gobsmacked, i really was, as i hadnt heard of it before ????

Im just looking now online and cant find anything.

Maybe its just her ? she a little old fashioned and she also said ...."that hair is there for a reason"

go figure ?

im gonna check with the practise nurse that gives me the blood thinners later "

Look online for the news report on the research on hair removal and STIs, particularly herpes - it was sometime last year. I can't remember whether it covered using thinners or not.

Waxing leaves tears too so waiting until it's calmed down is always advisable.
