So, my Mum wants War and Rememberance DVDs for her bday. Amazon, Play and Ebay all have it for about £87.
My brother found it cheap on "ondvdmall.co.uk". To me the website looks DODGE... weird English and only one review online by a username that has reviewed 4 other dvd sites (that I never heard of) and given them 4 or 5 stars.
But my brother likes a bargain...
Anyone heard of this website?
Thankin you x |

Do a search for dvd price checker and you'll find a site that compares prices.
Have a look on a site called quidco where you can get cashback when you shop on various sites.
Check the supermarkets. Asda often have good prices on CDs and DVDs. |

Always better to be safe than sorry. I always thought I was a good judge of websites on the rare occasions I shop online but some scumbag fraudulently tried to use my card to but luckily my bank spotted it. Still a pain to have to wait for a new card though. |

I have a pre-paid card that I use for online purchases. Search for escape card, you can top it up at the post office. That way all that can be spent is what is on the card, I only put money on when I have purchases to make and then only to that amount. |

Looks like they are based in Hong Kong. In their FAQ it says they declare it as a gift on the customs form but you can't rely on Customs falling for this. Would it still be cheap with customs duty and vat added? For a knock of? |

funny thing is there are a lot of fakes with good websites so it does make you wonder what a bad website means!
If it is a lot cheaper I would avoid. too good to be true perhaps |

Yeah it is less than half the price of amazon.
I never thought about it being knock off from China. I used to buy them all the time when I lived there... but if it gets checked at customs will probably be confiscated if its not real! |
