I have been single for the majority of my adult life so am very used to being single and can't really see beyond it but do quite like it when i hear about so many bad relationships. But do like to hear other peoples views as to what they think is best, single, attached or married life? |

actually think we have a great relationship.
we dont live together, for one reason or another, but we see each other every other weekend, and holidays.
its great to be able to do your own thing, but then have someone there to be with when the time comes along.
we love it, although cant wait until the time comes we are able to be together fulltime. |

"I was married for 24 years and the majority of it was wonderful, especially while the Children were at home. Now I love being single its fabUlous "
After 24 years, did it not feel strange to be single again? |

I was single most of my life and for other reasons, I can't live without that personal space. I never fall for women, don't really have feelings like that anymore, all except for one woman that is out of reach. I'm a walking Catch 22 |

For the first time in my life I'm seriously considering settling down.
I've been married but that was a farce.
I've been single nearly 8 years, (technically) and as I said I'm seriously dating nilla's now.
Maybe I'm having an early mid life crisis or something but I'm looking for the waking up with someone, the companionship, trust, security et al of a grown up relationship now but ssssshhh |

Very happy in the relationship. I am a quite solitary person so I do like that crystal is regularly away with work or visiting family so I still get regular time on my own.
I'm quite happy single or in a relationship. Neither is better, they are just different and I'm capable of adapting to either. They both have their challenges and they both have their positives. I think not fearing potentially being single in the future makes a relationship stronger and happier. |

I had a 30 relationship that almost killed me. Won't commit again but I crave affection and the closeness of a man's body. I get scared when a man wants more so I choose men I know won't want more. Being single means I sleep better at night |

i've been single most of my adult life too, i'm happy to be single as its what i'm used to
I do think sometimes it would be nice to have someone to cuddle upto in bed, someone to watch a film with and talk about shit day to day stuff with, i've never had that so i can't say I miss it but I do sometimes wonder what its like to share things with someone you trust
sex would be better with someone you trusted as I love so many things that I just wouldn't do with someone off here so sex wise I feel I miss out
People ask me all the time if I've met any yet, as if I must be looking
there's good and bad points to both I think
I like my freedom, I like being able to come and go as I please, would I give that up for a cuddle in bed? I don't think I would

I've been truley single for nearly 2 years for the first time since I was 15. Bit wierd sometimes and admit I miss the cuddles etc. But I've enjoyed finding myself |

I've been single for 3 years, last time I had a relationship he messed with my head and even sat told me to take an overdose
Lets just say that I have been put off the idea of having a relationship or getting too close to anyone, I have dated and tried to start relationships but I just can't do it. |

That's simply not right, sounds like he needed the pills. |
