Morning all 
A dreary day outside and spitting worth rain ..... How it holds off for the Flintshire 10k this morning

Curled up on the sofa watching movies with lots of fresh coffee & brioche... Not sure if I am moving from here!!

Morning you lot. I think the wet weather is a forecast of todays occurance on fab. An indication of what is to come.

Back in and snuggling up with a sausage bap and mug of coffee.
It was a cold, wet and miserable day to be running a race, but I was the 20th mv40 (male veteran over 40 category)
So really chuffed with my time and position
Now, who wants to massage my aching loins for me ?   |
