So I'm after a new phone next month, I've never been one who has to have the brand new latest phone or someone who is interested in iPhones before someone suggests one and I've narrowed it down to the Samsung s4 mini and the HTC one mini but finding it hard to pick between the two.
Help?! Any suggestions or anyone who has one? |

"Pay n go or contract?
Pay&go, never been a fan of contracts "
Hold on a few days, the Nexus 5 (Google's phone) will be out. You get a great product for a really cheap price. Just ask anyone with a nexus 7 tablet.
But if I had to pick one of yours, been told the HTC one normal is a good phone, so guess the mini would be. |

I think it comes down to having a go.. I had the s4.. traded it in for the HTC one.. love it.. cant think of changing for a bit which is a shock for me.
I find the battery a little better on the samsungs though... but I didnt like a few little quirky things that the samsung did.
However as before the s4 I had the s3..but before that.. I had always had HTC... I think it came down to my preferences coming from knowing how a HTC worked over the samsung.
yes both andriod but with small differences... and me favouring the HTC.
I agree about the nexus.. in fact I would recommend waiting a month as there are a few new handsets coming out which will all be really good.
I do love the andriod systems though.. Is what iphone os should have been... Love iphones. hate the software..

I've definitely heard about the batteries being better on Samsung's.
I'm not having the phone til next month so I will keep an eye out for the nexus just incase.
Hard picking between the two I said as there's so many pro's and cons to both models! Have always really liked HTCs though. |

I know, hence my answer was mostly about the two brands...
I love HTC.. and have still got two old ones in the draw that are still usable. One is 4 years old now.. so reliability is good on them.. battery life not so..
Go to a shop and compare them side by side or Google s4 mini vs one mini.. some good side by side reviews out there. |

Yeah I was already planning on having a go on them both at a shop as the reviews online just make it even harder to choose! Lol |

Neither. Sony Xperia Z1 looks the nuts.
Samsungs feel very plasticy and I've had shit customer service from HTC (they lost my phone then tried to lie about it, the phone wouldn't stay on if it had a SIM card in it) |

Are your reasons for choosing the mini versions money or size?
I am a galaxy fan, I have had the full size s2, s3 and currently have the S4.
the 13mp camera and its basically a computer that can do anything sells it for me. The minis are less powerful and the cameras are not as good |
