Hi all
I have had a few meets of this site, some repeated & some not. Never had a refusal of a 2nd meet, just never got round to some.
But very few verify?
I guy just contacted me for a 3rd meet & I asked if he would mind verifying me & I would do the same for him. He replied he would only after I met him again as that would guarantee him a meet. He asked if that was blackmail & I said yes. So he signed off.
WTF??
Are verifications a currency on here? |

I don't show or ask for verifications and only give them to a very few people normally if they haven't got any at all.
This works for me and you should do what you want with your profile. |

I think more than one verification is needed, I can't really speak because I have none. But I am the bane of this site being a 19 year old male, excuse the sob story. But I often see profiles that just don't look real whatsoever but have one verification. Which I don't see as particularly reliant.
personally i think you should verify atleast the majority of the time, and if asked to do it. Its not currency, its a way of being gracious and thankful that the person made the effort to see you, although I'm pretty sure they receive enough thanks on the meet. |

Verfications dont really bother me. Some guys hv verified me, some havent and vice versa. Some ppl do collect them like they r some kind of trophy tho. I actually stay away from the ones that hv lots of them. And if they've been wiv some particular women on here.

Verification is nice to receive, and I provide it freely without any expectation to receive one in return, as what other people do or don't is no concern of mine.

Sometimes I just forget. I don't mind if I receive them, I've had a gentle nudge to say hey, did you forget. If it's been over a week, I think I've left it too long and don't bother. X |

I was having this conversation with a female friend today and she said guys tend to be too lazy to verify. You have the added problem that guys meeting other guys want to have an extra level of discretion. I have had couple of meets who have not verified me. |

I think some people get too hung up on verifications: this is the only site I'm on that has one, yet people manage to meet and fuck successfully without it.
My meets are like minded people, not wanting or displaying verifications. I used to verify newbies I've met from other sites: don't even do that now. |

I usually ask my meets if they would like a veri, some say yes, some say no, for those who have generously described paragraph length veris, I might do a very short 'she's nice, she's real' type and whatever I write it's up to them to display it. I asked other people myself earlier on for veris just to get a couple but now it doesn't matter as I tend to see the same people multiple times and it would be silly to do veris then.

I actually do think some use veris almost as currency. It comes up often enough 'how do i remove my veri?' ie they left it when things were good but now they want it back. Almost like saying if i don't get my own way in the future I'll take it off you  i disagree with people being able to remove them. Only verify them as real & turned up. Whether they decide they dont want a rship or continued meets is irrelevant.
I verify those i meet, i don't ask for them.
I show a few to show Im real, simply because men don't believe i can be/am real |

we thought a veri was to say we are genuine peeps , not as a way to say how good we were or not, or what we do on a meet,
the fact that we turned up and we were as we said we were ect proves we are real and not times wasters or fakes.
we have been on cam and had meets not all have sent veri,s, we have sent some and not received in return, so read into a very what you will |

It would be nice if it worked that way but its not just good guys who get verifications. In reality once you have 5/6 they are pointless. |

i've never cared for verifications, I show a few as being a single woman on here if you don't show any you just get accused of being a single guy
I never give or ask for verifications off my own back, I've never felt the need to advertise to the world everyone I have met and will happily meet people again who havnt verified me after the first time, if someone mails me asking for a verification I will if we got on well but I never understand why people mail asking for verifications, I would hope people met me because they liked me not because they just want a verifications and I would never dream of asking someone to verify me |
