Well done you. Just a little tip - increase your vitamin c intake for a few weeks - fruit juice etc. You may find you get a few mouth ulcers due to stopping smoking, and vit c will help keep these at bay. Keep up the good work |

Thanks I will try that . And thanks to everyone's reply I've stopped before but never felt this good after the first week it's always been a struggle. There are times I could kill for a real cig but there is so much more I want to try and save up for |

Very well done! Something I've been wanting to do for ages but I've struggled.
Tried an e-cig but was a bit unsure about it so I'm considering buying a proper vaporizer and giving that a go. |
