Removing friends who don't talk

Just had to remove a couple of people off my friends list.

I just don't understand. I send a hello message, they send a friend invite, I accept and they don't even bother talking back. I have sent them messages, they just read them and not reply.

What is the point of adding people to your list if you're not gonna talk to them?

Its completely pointless to be honest

Yep.

The word friend doesn't mean they are suddenly gonna become your bosom buddies op. It should be called 'nosy buggers' invite lol x

I think there should be a new feature asking the reason for adding someone as a friend. If its just to see the photos, the request would be automatically denied.

Or just try not adding people as a friend until you've actually been chatting a while. Then you'll soon them out

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I only add people when they are friends. If they drop off the radar I will delete them. If they notice then there is a discussion.

I do this too.

Very occasionally I'll add someone who I might meet but they get removed if it doesn't go anywhere.

Just removed a couple more people off my friends list as they haven't spoken or replied to my messages in a long why. What bugs me is they say they would love to meet me but after a couples of months, they don't bother.

I bloody hate timewasters.

They aren't timewasters, they just lost interest. The two aren't the same thing.

They don't owe you a meet just because, at one point, they may have expressed interest.

Just make all your pics public then you won't get the adds just to _iew them! Also if there not speaking to you I suppose you should be a bit pickier who your friends with?

Brighton - even Hove!

I've been removed for not keeping in contact. Some people are happy to have me as their friend for whatever reasons they have. I have people in my friendship list because I can see their private pics and, having chatted to them or met them, I like them. Some I chat to a lot, some on occasion and some hardly ever. One couple I have I have told them I won't meet but love their group sex photos and they are happy to have me see them all. So many different people, so many reasons to do things.

A bit more thought over who people add as a friend would sort this 'problem' out in quick time.

If they've lost interest, they're off my list and if they don't like it, that's just tough isn't it.

So they aren't timewasters, no matter how upset you might be.

I'm not upset at all. I just thought that since they haven't spoken or replied in months, I might as well delete them. Doesn't matter if they're timewasters or not.
