I doubt I'll get to bed tonight.
*checks it's still Thursday*
I love my mother but sometimes she really pulls out all the stops on expecting miracles. And it always seems to end up being me that has to make them happen. But hey as long as it fits in with what she wants then everything is fine.
At least a week vs. 20 hours, not much difference really.
She'll be getting to bed just fine, so that's ok then.
And it had better be a major miracle and not one of those average sized ones or I'll never hear the last of it and absolutely *everything* will be my fault.

I love my new bed too and it's the first one I can actually get back in for a lay in, in he mornings  "

"we have some scary wind here tonight. Sounds like a horror film"
It is really loud through the trees in the park. I'm in bed but watching This Week and having to turn the television up to hear it over the wind and the trees. |
