Chips from someone else's plate are fat free
If you snap a biscuit in two and shake it, all the calories fall out
Feel free to add your own
Chocolate is made from cocoa beans (which are from plants) and sugar (from sugar cane which is a plant) so chocolate counts towards your 5 a day.
Wine is made from grapes and is therefore fruit, so it also counts.
