Do you believe everything you are told? I would have just moved it anyway, packed well away from harm, and anything else I gave a shit about....irrespective who was moving and replacing the floor...thus saving money on breakages, but hey thats me, I put newspaper under a cuckoo clock. |

Bases? Is that a descriptor for an entertainment center? Who uses them anymore? Hang that puppy on a wall and forget about it. Unless of course,it is an actual television "set". At which point one is obliged to ask,"Who uses them anymore?"

Try fleabay or gumtree...wall mount is ok, but then you've got wires floating about and need trunking, conduit...more work! Always someone whose bought a new telly with a base, then wall mounted and has a base to shift...xx |
