That they can run successful businesses, travel across the globe clinching deals.

Yet.....

The dishwasher loading remains a mystery to them.

Likewise the washing machine appears to only have one setting when men use them.

There is no difference between a towel and a tea-towel to fellas.

Come on guys, man up a bit. These things are not rocket science.

I was the dishes by hand, its pointless having a dish washer if its just me and the dogs.

I'm guilty of the washing machine faux pas, although I do separate whites from coloureds and use fabric softener except on towels.

Tea towel?! Isn't that what draining boards are for?...

Two points there. One is some people say that is women's work whereas anything that requires strength or DIY is men's work. Secondly there are men who can work a dishwater, washing machine and can tell the difference between a tea towel and a normal towel.

The statement you made is like saying men cheat. Just because men do it. Doesn't mean women aren't the same. Also it doesn't apply to all men either

It's quite simple really, the washer has a suitable for all setting and as for the dish washer, well, don't use so many pots and pans when you cook a meal and it won't be an issue

Well, I live alone and have a dishwasher. Fabulous invention and saves water as I only put it on when I have a full load - and that is only every 3 or 4 days. And all the dirty dishes are tidied away in it and not cluttering up the kitchen.
