I can - it's hardly rocket science!"
It involves rudimentary physics but that's a long way from rocket science and rockets don't have pneumatic tyres true but apart from Beryl at the three oaks I have never seen a woman ever change a tyre. |

Ah well, I've had to change mine three times in the last year, too many unmade roads round here. Trouble is, men keep coming over and insisting on 'helping' me. First one went off with my locking nut, cost me £30.00 to replace it!! Grrrr!! |

Its not about colds or about who is best though but an interesting viewpoint though some guys do stop in bed with flu maybe you should put a thread up about it see who has stopped in bed longest. |

Some can some can't and some won't and others deflect and get touchy but its no different from asking why men don't do things from ironing to needlework. What is far more accurate is that if a man is broken down with a flat you won't find a woman stopping to help but men are far more generous and accommodating in helping a woman change a tyre. |

When my dad gave me my first car! The first thing he taught me before he allowed me to get into the car was change a tyre, check the oil, water and brake fluid!!! I can do all these things but if a man offers, I'm not going to say no |

I can along with being able to change the circlet boards, fit a new pump, heating element and fit a new seal. Can you? Do you know what sort of pump you can't use on a dishwasher? |

Operating them well many say they are and I don't doubt they can work all the programs as they can drive a car adequately I wouldn't say they are shiny shovel shit hot at fixing them though which is akin to fixing a car with a flat tyre. Its an interesting way of looking at a question though from people. |
