We got pissed off with it far quicker than we did with Lost! It goes from mildly intriguing to complete bag of unbelievable shite with more plot holes than a Swiss cheese in about 3 episodes!

Read the book last year. Haven't bothered with the TV series, saw a few minutes of it but it seemed a bit pointless for me. Stephen King adaptations rarely live up to the books so I am avoiding disappointment. Is it just me or did the Simpsons Movie have a very similar plot?

Yeah, but they cut Homer out the series due to him having other commitments.

Yeah. And its only 500 pages or so. Not a lng read at all really.
